Life experience 

Since 2002 I help people overcoming hard obstacles that were preventing them from living their lives as a result of psychological and emotional problems. Life is too short to waste, so my goal is to help people in those areas that are not functioning properly. Most of these problems come from several types and levels of personality dysfunction.

Why do emotions affect us so much?

When we are rationally and emotionally unwell, we enter stages of despair, high levels of anxiety, lack of hope, and interest in living. Dysfunction of one or more parts of the elements responsible for our personality functioning  may  affect our behaviour thus reflecting  us as well as our interaction with others. 

Why me?

A) My experience, academic training, and permanent updating give me the experience to apply multiple approaches in my practice of  helping clients with various types of problems.
